Andrei and Felipe both provided me with the best-in-class customer experience when getting my new Acura Integra. I went to trade in my ILX, and he came to me with an offer that made me happy and was at Kelly blue book value, which I appreciated. He was also responsive on his day off and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase and options. I previously went to a different Acura dealership but will only buy my car from Andrei and my friends at Springfield Acura. Felipe hooked it up with good coverage for maintenance for four years. I really felt taken care of and valued as a customer. That’s hard to find these days with the chip shortage going on. A lot of other car dealerships I went to were standoffish, but Andrei and Felipe both respected that it’s still a big decision regardless of the ongoing inventory issues. We practice all the Covid CDC guidelines. This includes wearing mask, social distancing, having sanitizer available around the dealership, regularly cleaning of all door knobs and handles throughout the day, and keeping up to with the latest Covid safety practices.
If the dealer doesn't have any of that model in that specific color or the trim you'd like on hand, you can always go online and customize the one you want. Once thats done Acura will deliver to that dealership you choose that's closest for you.
