I just want to say Ricardo and his team are very awesome people. They helped me with my spark plugs . Ricardo took the time to explain what I needed to do and how to do it . His team helped me take apart a difficult screw. Excellent customer service. They are a fine example of what teamwork is all about. I Love Auto Zone!! They're always ready to assist you in finding what you need. Today I just needed a quart of Oil. I'm a 66 yr old female, didn't really know what to look. I took a bottle register nd it was wrong kind for my car. They helped me out and came outside with me to put motor. I actually didn't even need it. LOL. Thanks Auto Zone...
