This place is the biggest scamming and most unethical place I have ever ran into! I called about a car listed at $21,500.00 Lexus GS. I called and they said it was available. The carfax said clean. I inquired about the car a day or two prior. I asked them if I could put a deposit on the car because I was driving from Maryland all the way to Jersey. They said no I could not because this was a hot car with a lot of activity. I waited and called again. I asked are you sure there are no issues with the car? They said no it’s clean. So I jump in my car and drive to NJ. I get there and they tell me they can’t sell me the car because it has frame damage. Then tried it he bait and switch. Well we have the same car with less miles which we can sell to you for $9,000 more! They knowingly advertised this car, they knowingly gave me bad information, they knowingly allowed me to drive 3.5 hours to their place with fraudulent intent! I will be reporting them to better business bureau. They lie!!!!
Do not purchase anything from this company. Biggest scammers ever. I'm planning to sue. Not only are they scammers but the employees are disrespectful never call back when I leave a message. I always have to call with a follow up call. Please take.my work for it, I'm saving you from a bunch of headaches and lies that I'm dealing with now.
DO NOT BUY HERE. I called one morning because I was interested In a pickup truck they had online. They told me to come in and take it for a ride, and that the Carfax was clean. I drove 2 hours to look at the car. The salesman took me outside, and I saw the vehicle has some damage. When asked about it the salesman told me he didn’t know anything. I agreed to purchase the vehicle. We walked inside and he sat me down. When he came back 5 minutes later, he informed me he sold the car. And that was it. I left without anything, except for a 4 hour car ride.
I believe you. Rude staff and just scammers.
Yelp is harvests all bad reviews. No matter what business you search
Hahah this place is the biggest joke I have ever come across..so I am with everyone above in this class action lawsuit. I am currently pregnant expecting my first child and was in need of a safe reliable vehicle. My family found a used Nissan Rogue wagon listed on car gurus for 17,900* so very excited, we went to go look at this car. Once we were there, we took it for a test drive, my father who is 63 years old has been a contractor for over thirty years and has never ripped ANYONE off- went for a test drive, brought it back and wanted to do the paperwork.... so obviously knowing there were taxes fees documentation fees everything wasn’t included in that price as final sale- we said okay well what’s it going to take to drive it home today within reason of this price? He did the breakdown - with the fees included worked out a price of 18,313... circled it on the paper work with the taxes fees doc fees incl.... we were forced to finance the vehicle even though we were able to pay it
They put in hundreds of fake reviews to cover up the bad reviews. Nothing but bad business. They buy cars at auction from Manheim PA and NJ. Bring them till their lot and sell them without repairing or cleaning them half the time. They also post hundreds of cars on their site that they do not own or have in inventory. Just look at the size of the lot. It couldn't hold that many cars. Do yourself a favor and look them up on BBB. They are the reason no one trust car dealers even though they have gotten so much better over the years.
Phew! Saw a Lexus GS here with a price too good to be true. I guess I will skip this scammers. Thx everyone!
Jill, you have so much experience with your 1 review. I am guessing you aren't a real customer either.
