Over the past 10 years they’ve gotten worse They rarely answer the phone in the service dept I left 3 messages, no one replied I was told service men were busy with brand new cars that were purchased as if my issue was not important (my car was also new when purchased two years ago 🙄). Was told they would call me the next day when my tire came in No one ever called so I have called every day for about a week An operator finally answered told me the tire was in but I can’t come in for another week. 3 weeks w a faulty tire and I pay for tire service Maybe Rt 46 is better and I will have to go there

Wasted my time on the phone waited over 25 minutes just for them to tell me the couldn't fix my 2014 Jeep Wrangler ( that im currently still financing )because of my mileage. My jeep has 101,000 miles. All i wanted was new brakes new tires and a tune up. I have the money , so whats the problem?
