Best bet is to call them for ammo prices.

Is membership required? If so what is the cost. Are clay targets provided or do I need to bring them. Is there a range fee and if clay targets are provided, what is the cost? Thank Brian

Membership not required, $17 to shoot any range per person. Clays can be purchased, bio friendly only. Don't know what they cost.

Does this place sell used hand guns ? Do they help you figure out which gun best suits you. Will they show you how to shoot?

I do not believe there are firearm sales here. They might have recommendations, but with handguns especially it's a lot of personal preference. (And since they don't have any firearms for sale, you don't have that "hands on" recommendation) They host training events at their range. (I believe through shootsafelearning.com), but you cannot just show up and be taught. I'd recommend doing the following 1. Learning basic gun safety on YouTube 2. Going with someone you know who owns a gun and has some experience 3. Get formal training. There's plenty of resources for learning the basic fundamentals shooting. Just look up "firearm training near me" and start basic. I'd recommend a firearm safety certification course, and then maybe a pistol 1 class (since you seem to be seeking handgun information). Even experienced shooters can be humbled by these courses, and will learn that they can still use some pointers from time to time. Happy shooting, and good luck! And make sure to get trained!
