Hi Stephanie, Springfield is a designated vehicle center so you can visit here for registration, titles, etc. In addition to a chair and depending on the weather, bring an umbrella as well. There are sections of the sidewalk without trees so, no shade from the he sun. Also, check the MVC website to see if you qualify for online renewal.
