I was waiting in line for a simple shower curtain purchase when the cashier shouted at me 3 times to move to a self check-out. And I said 3 times that I wanted a rewards card hence waiting to do this in person. Frustrating but whatever, let's get to the juicy part. There was a BIG sign right at the entrance saying that when you sign up for rewards, you get $5 off. So I sign up and get ready to pay but there is no discount. I told the cashier that I saw the sign but she was dismissive, rude and agitated. She said that I have to get 5000 points for $5. I paid the due amount but went towards the sign to check it again. The cashier called for the manager who then explained that the $5 comes on to your account after 30 days. The last part is BBB' own mind games but the rude attitude of an employee who doesn't know her business' own rules is not acceptable. The employees need to be thought customer care and be educated on promotions etc. related to the store. This is literally their job.

They have updated the layout here, and it's feels more open/airy than it did before. They also removed the majority of the registers, in favor of self service check out. I just wish the signage was more apparent

It's always pleasant to walking into BB&B. The store is well stocked and organized with all you indoor and out door needs. Great costumer service as well.

If you brought the cooffee machine 2 years ago, send it back to the manufacturer. Because it would be under their warranty/ guarantee. Bed Bath and Beyond are the sellers and will only be responsible for the first 30 days under their contract of damaged items.
