MVC has (in complete disdain for the people they are supposed to serve) shifted to Anointment Only. You have to use their circular and circuitous website to get an appointment. Most appointments are 2 to 3 WEEKS in the future. Hack: arrive in person early in the morning and check the website for available time slots same day. I've done it twice. One for me inside in fifteen minutes, the other in one hour. Be prepared for confusion, your day of scheduling will not be on their gov't printed paper. The workers are less patient and less tolerant than they used to be. Remember this in November and vote accordingly.
