I have been there three times in a week. I own dozens of vehicles , you can only register 3 at a time. I had no problem and hardly any wait time. In and out within a hr. Just make sure you fill out your card correctly and have all your info.

Yes you do. But one advice try another MVC place instead of one in Springfield!.. This place is disaster 🤬 People work in there most of them are working without having their Brain!!
