I have had multiple calls for maintenance and Grande Bay’s Maintenance crew has ALWAYS come immediately for service. Nick especially has come at all hours of the night to fix my air conditioning. I very happy here knowing someone is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Sincerely, Angela M

I love living at Grande Bay. For an older property it is very well maintained. Maintenance is very responsive and fixes issues immediately. The property Manager is awesome and does a lot to make this a safe and clean community. The location couldn’t be better as it is near anything and everything you could possibly need. My apartment has no issues, no bugs and is a good size. Rent is reasonable even in these tough times of inflation. I hope to call this home for years to come.

Day 3 since move in but since Feb when I applied, Barry has been on tops along with Gale to make sure I was set for move in date. Impressed with staff, you see the maintenance team around so gives you a sense you are taken care of when needed. I must say my unit is really pretty and so spacious!! Hopeful, this move is positive one and to feel at home, may not want to go nowhere else. Beautiful spot in Clearwater ❤️

Grande Bay Apartments are a lovely place to live. I am in my 6th year of living here with no plans on moving anytime soon. Barry, the property manager does a wonderful job. The other office staff members are also very nice and always pleasant. Nick's management of the maintenance staff is outstanding. The team does an excellent job of keeping the apartments and grounds in great shape. The other residents that I have met are friendly and respectful of others and the community as a whole. I would recommend living here to anyone who finds this hidden treasure.

I'm sorry I don't know.but call them.its a very clean and quiet place I was going to take a job there but a better job came up for me

I realize that you must be extremely frustrated, but the payment portal will only deduct as much money as the user authorizes. If you ever run into an issue again, please contact us before any additional payments are made, and I assure you that we will be happy to research and confirm your payments. You also have the option of setting up recurring payments, wherein the portal can deduct the amount you choose on the date you choose. I am confident that your property manager could assist you if you are not familiar with this feature.
