The worse place you could ever move..the place was disgusting since day one..I should have know better when they gave me the wrong apartment to begin with..the apartment was filthy to start off..roaches everywhere ..with eggs hatching..they never clean Ed the hallway for a year and half..the maintenance people walk in your apartment whenever they want...so change your locks immediately..they shut of water without telling you..Mold is a huge issue that has been addressed by neighbors and they didn't rectify the situation..which they never even once told me about for 10 months..the management could careless about anything but the money they receive..the pools disgusting..I'll just show what I mean..I'll save the rest for court..but if this is the public area imagine what private sector looks like..2300 for a 2 bedroom..not worth more then 1300..don't let the PICTURES Deceive YOU.on there website.. The .place is trash..

Every team member here at Veranda do their absolutely best in anything you need!! I have had nothing less than excellent service!! From my apartment, to my lease, to my maintenance requests, to my account issues and any updates taking place in the community!! I absolutely love being here and couldn’t ask for anything more!! I have lived here for about 9 months now and I think my biggest complaints would be is the noise , walls are way to thin you can literally hear your neighbors whole conversation in apartments across from you. I almost never see anyone pick up after their pet and never once has management said anything about it. My newest complaint is I have not had a working dryer for just over two months now . I have sent email after email and I’ve called .. absolutely no response or lies. The only thing good about living here is the nice pool, area and floor plan layout .

This is my second day living at this complex and I already have a lot to say. So I will start off by saying the complex itself is beautiful and my specific unit is updated and I love it. From what the front desk has told me they are understaffed at the moment and going through a lot of remodeling. Which I’m understanding but unfortunately that problem should not result in a bad quality of living experience for me as a PAYING Tenant. With that being said if you are trying to get ahold of this complex GOOD LUCK! Nobody answers the phone, and if you get lucky enough for them to answer, good luck with them answering your questions. I got a lot of “I don’t know’s” and “I’m not sure’s” for very basic questions about my unit. So After they messed up my move in date and did not inform me until THE WEEK OF MY MOVE (I’m from out of state so this was a HUGE inconvenience) they showed no sympathy for there mistake not even an “I’m sorry for this inconvenience”. Fast forward to my final move in day the apartment was not ready so I had to wait an hour before they could let me see it. Again, a huge inconvenience because I am not from here so I sat for an hour in my 26’ foot uhaul with my animals and had to reschedule with my movers because they could not wait for them. My Air conditioning does not work, lighting fixtures do not work, 3 sets of closet doors will not shut properly. And there urgency to fix these problems that Should’ve been taken care of are non-existent. They have made my move extremely stressful for me and my animals. So far I’m not happy. Update: THE APARTMENT HAS BIG ROACHES.
