This review is not speaking on the complex itself nor the other staff (not for a bad reason but I simply believe in pointing out exceptional service) Alex, with maintenance, is beyond professional with an amazing attitude. You can tell he loves what he does and is good about it. I’ve had issues that I submitted request for which turns out I was responsible for (filters, lights, etc) and Alex still took care of them despite having more pressing issues. Always takes the time to explain everything and always asks how the family is doing when passing by. Please have him train all the staff. Not that they aren’t efficient or good, but Alex goes above and beyond. Thank you.

Hello Jenny, Yes at Portofino Apartments, you will pay for the utilities including water. The average is currently $50-$60 per month for water, sewer and trash.
The app fee is $75 per person over the age of 18.
At Portofino apartments, most of our apartments are equipped with washers and dryers and all apartment homes will at least have the hook ups. We also have several washer/dryer rental companies that we can recommend, if needed.
You sure can! At Portofino Apartments, we simply ask that you find the studs for the proper mounting and then return the wall to it's original condition at move out.

Hi Inett, Thank you for your renewed interest in Portofino Apartment homes. One of my first priorities when I came to Portofino four years ago was to address the exact issues you are questioning. During 2018-2020, we implemented a quarterly rotation on all apartment homes to address/correct the pest issues. This was a successful undertaking and we now have a weekly service on Tuesdays as a call out system where our residents can request service as needed. The mechanics of the access gates were replaced in early 2019 and was what was needed to keep them operational. The breezeways are professionally cleaned semi-annually, and in some cases, quarterly. While the drainage is a work in progress, it has gotten better throughout the property. Mold and Mildew issues are a part of life in Florida, as you probably know, but we do have an excellent Mold and Mildew Remediation vendor available to assist when needed. If you check our online reviews, you will see that we have a pretty good approval rating overall.
