I requested a pest control visit plus I need a small piece of seal for my front door because I see light coming through. I received an email that my request had been resolved but I have nothing stating that pest control has came through, and the light is still coming through my front door so nothing has happened. The ticket(s) should not have been closed out. My problems are not resolved.

I am extremely upset with this so called apartment complex. I applied and was approved to move in the middle of this month. When I call to confirm this I was told by Natasha that they are not allowed to tell us the moving date because they don’t know when they can have the apartment checked. The First Lady who helped us doesn’t work their anymore so they don’t know what info she gave us. I had to be out my home by the 20 if not I would be homeless. Wexford did not seem to care that I would be homeless and kept saying they couldn’t do anything when they are the reason the moving date changed. I decided not to move and stay at my old apartment, she then tells they cannot refund my money because I canceled. I told her I had to if not I would be homeless because their office is so incompetent when it comes to information. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I would really love it if they add a shade on top of the pool, it is very hot and it really burns you! This would be very helpfull! Other than that, Wonderful!!!
