Such an unprofessional company. The director of Human Resources send postcards to reject you from job offers. An email or a private letter would suffice. Tina, step up your game.

I am fuming and very disappointed at how the staff at the west haven location can so easily have no compassion. My husband and myself have been going here for years, we have a friendly relationship with all staff and they know us well and then there is today when they were absolutely heartless. We travel from North Madison and my husband couldn’t leave work until 12, the traffic was absolutely horrendous and we got to the program a measly 4 minutes after 1:00 and they straight up refused to even look at or acknowledge us, let alone open the doors. Would it really have been so hard for them to just dose us so we don’t have to get sick over 4 minutes?!??! Is this the compassion of healthCARE workers?!? This is just straight up wrong and uncalled for and now we only have two options that as an addict in recovery you don’t want to do either one.

Went to the apt foundation after leaving the root center to continue my maintenance program and couldn’t have been happier with the services from the very beginning. I got there at 11 and they took me right in abs got through the in take process fairly quickly. The nurses were great, the dr was very knowledgeable and also gave me second options as I told her I was looking to get off methadone. I couldn’t of asked for a better first time there and looking forward to meeting my counselor and hopefully living maintence free in the next year!

Questions & Answers

Has anyone else had bad experiences with Dr. Mary Savage at 1 long warf?..to me she is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED..doesn't listen..arrogant and abrasive... hope to never see her again

Thought I was the only one, until I looked up reviews of her online. There's a clear pattern of the complaints about her over the years.I've never in my 15 years of therapy etc., encountered a more "unprofessional", professional. Dr. S was; agressive, argumentative, ignorant, stubborn, and generally rude. She refused to accept any of my medical diagnosies I've gotten over my lifetime ,denying I am on the Autistic Spectrum due to my ability to occassionally look her in the eye! She wanted to remove my diagnoses on my record for APT, and create her own, after 10minutes of meeting me. She was actually insulting my intelligence repeatedly, stating I wasn't educated enough to make a decision about my own treatment. I explained my awful times w/any meds containing naloxone, due to chronic inflammation &she said "that's irrelevant", which I know is false! Her behavior was baffling. Everyone else I've worked with there has been amazing , kind & helpful. Her position there truly needs review!

No it is not a prison and all patients have their right to privacy but that goes for privacy from other patients in general it is not based off of your gender ..

Dosing hours are 5:30am to 1pm Monday-Saturday as of 2021... I get 4 weeks of take-home bottles. Earn your take homes. Then slowly get off this crap. :)

Do you help for pain relief

Nina Vanderwarker | Sep 30, 2018
SUPER NATURAL | Sep 30, 2018

No, although it does help pain this is not a pain management center. It is a place to help heroin/pill addicts and alcohol abusers. It's where people go after a detox center to stay off drugs. It helps the cravings and physical sickness. They also have doctors if you need to manage pain on top of addiction relief.
