Absolutely awful management here. I’ve been here for over two years now and can’t wait for my lease to be up. I live across from the pool and have complained multiple times about the late night parties waking me up and it still continues, now I have management texting me stating what I need to prioritize in my life and what needs to be discussed in my house hold. The maintenance guys are very nice but the office staff is awful. My rent has gone up almost $400 and when I asked to move away from the pool (only a few months after renewing my lease) they added another $249 for the same floor plan. We recently had issues with our wifi going out along with about 80 other buildings here and it took an entire argument to get them to adjust my bill as it was out for a week and cost me three days of work do to working at home. There response was “this was not our fault”. Update: I reached out to the manager Pamela Lopez asking who it was that was texting me telling me where my prioritize need to be and her response was that she was not in the office that day and the texts were not signed by anyone. I responded stating she could ask her staff who it was as it was very inappropriate and disrespectful and she has now ignored me. Super unprofessional.

What a beautiful facility! It starts right when you pull up and continues throughout the leasing office, clubhouse, pool and into the gorgeous apartments! Even the landscaping is amazing. I spoke with a leasing agent and she showed me around. The property manager even stopped and chatted with me for a few minutes. I can’t wait to BBQ and lay out by the pool!

It is very quiet and cozy! The staff is very considerable ! Love the great gym. That would be better to add a coffee machine in the clubhouse . All of the activities person will be happy with your service!

I have lived at this property for two years and it has been an enjoyable experience. The office management and staff are very efficient and accommodating as well as professional. The Maintenance staff, Tony, Danny, Abi and Jason are also outstanding in their service to all of us residents. I have lived at other properties, but this is the first one I am really enjoying my experience.
