I love my new apartment, I love my water view the most. I just hate my upstairs neighbors let their kids run and stomps all night. I already can’t deal with it

5 stars for ms Kenya in the front office , I would love to rent from her no i do not live at fairview cove but she helped me out tremendously when i applied and had issues with the application department of concord rents. She cannot control if people sneak bad people in their units to live with them , yall better start telling with peoof if yall want something done

My experience at this apartment complex has been Amazing. The process was detailed but the staff especially Kenya was efficient, informative and thorough. Any question I ask is never too tedious. They actually care. Work orders that I've submitted are always completed in a timely manner. The maintenence staff is the best. I actually dropped my debit card in the parking lot and Mr. Willy gave it to the office and the staff called me right away and more than once. My neighbors are great too. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

We love it here!! We've been here 7 months and even though we have had some ac issues in the past, maintenance is always very timely in fixing things overall here. There is a problem sometimes with people loitering or smoking weed, but that can happen anywhere and there is an on-site officer and maintenance guy that is good about keeping things in order here. The apartments are large and beautiful and I've enjoyed living here as a first time renter. Kenya at the leasing office has always been great to deal with and, even though the office isn't open much, she's always very responsive to emails and messages. It really is a great place to live!!
