Our apartment is spacious, the pool is really nice and the gym is clean. Lots of parking and easy access to the expressway. Update: after moving out, do not expect Canopy to give you any of your deposit back, even for a spotless apartment. They not only did not include the pre-paid cleaning from our invoice (tip: make sure you get photocopies and receipts for ANYTHING you do with them, for later), they also forced us to pay for “resurfacing of the fridge” and the pictures weren’t even from our apartment. We had to contact them by email and phone multiple times before they decided to finally give us a minor part of our deposit back. They make it so difficult you don’t want to bother actually fighting it, and just want to be done with them. It’s nice enough while you’re living there but once you move out, be prepared. Be warned.

Anna was absolutely amazing on our tour this past Saturday! She was very informative and knew every inch about the property. While we were visiting the area she informed us of local things to do in the area, and gave helpful tips when planning to move. I strongly recommend her, or anyone in the office. As they all are so welcoming and practice great hospitality!

Well, It is my first time being in Tampa and I needed a place to live. So I found Canopy at Citrus Park on Google after being rejected by another apartment. I called Canopy at Citrus Park seeking information and then I met Ms Susana Lincoln. She is a blessing!She listened and walked me through every process until living in the apartment becomes a reality. Well, I honestly felt welcome by the team. It is a beautiful place and I wasn't disappointed with the apartment. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. Canopy at Citrus Park welcomes cats and dogs, with just a few limitations. Residents are restricted to a maximum of three pets each, with a weight limit of 100 pounds per pet. We require a non-refundable fee of $400 per pet and a monthly fee of $20 per pet.
