I just moved in on the 5th the air vents ate throwing dust, the toilet was not working and... my fridge did not work all my food spoiled. Friday Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday no fridge.... then they come and leave a the non working fridge in my living room and take almost 2 weeks to fix it. Yesterday was suppose to be fixed and everything completed... well that didn't happen. Supposedly the fridge was fixed but they couldn't exchange it until 24 hours sitting in my living room taking up my electricity. I messaged them and asked when will it be taken out of the middle of my living room they were sorry we'll swap them today... I come home and it's still there.... very unprofessional people this is Suppose to be a renovated unit the only reno is that it has a new dish washer and stove that's it the unit it's is old and dusty beside I waited 2 weeks to even buy groceries so that if they swapped the fridge there wasnt things in it well I got tired of waiting and I bought groceries and they will be moving them because of all the inconvenience I've had. I myself am a landlord and when these things happen because of my properties problems I work as fast as I can to help me tenants and reimburse them for their inconvenience and that's what I expect

We came from a nightmare complex. This was by far the best experience I have had with a community. Both Gladys and Viviana are so kind, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment is very nice, with a great view of the water. Moving in was seemless and easy. If you are moving from out of state/sight unseen, I would recommend Carrollwood Station.

This complex is wonderful and the staff really take part in taking care of the residents. This Easter event was well organized and fun. The two hard working females in the office, Tiesha and Gladys help make this community better and I’m glad to be apart of it.

I lived at this complex for a year. The grounds are really pretty but that's about it. The major pro was that it is cheaper than most of the surrounding options, however, it's cheaper for a reason. The complex is old. The day after I moved in I went to make dinner and the stove was broken (I had not even used it once), they came and "fixed" it (a problem that would continue throughout my lease) while I was not there but when I went to use it, it was still broken. Within a month of moving in, there was a leak and my entire bedroom floor was soaked. Less than 2 weeks later, it happened again. Obviously, I was furious that it wasn't fixed correctly the first time. I had furniture that was getting ruined. When I asked them if this would keep happening I was essentially told there was nothing they could do about it, which is absurd. My washer broke at the beginning of October and it took them the entire month to fix it after I had to continue to make calls and be annoying because they were in no rush to resolve the issue. About halfway into my lease, pieces of my ceiling literally started to fall off onto the floor. One morning I woke up to a giant chunk that had fallen where I usually sit-- thank goodness I was in the bedroom when it happened or I would have been hit. Their solution to this was to draw the moisture out of my apartment because they were convinced that was the problem and so it never got fixed and pieces continued to fall until I moved out. Additionally, the office is horrible about answering the phone. In fact, one time I called while standing outside the office and watched as no one answered. It's insane. Like others have said, roaches are a huge problem. I cleaned my apartment continuously and sprayed all the time but it barely helped. One night I was making dinner and went to grab the salt container and there was a roach on it. Absolutely horrible living conditions. It may be cheap but it's not worth it.

Holy hell, I'm so sorry. I've been here for a little over the year and have not experienced any kind of theft. I used to work night shifts, so packages were left outside my door until midnight with none missing
