I have lived here going on 2 years! Although it is pricey the location is prime, nice modern apartments, and amenities. Even monthly events are planned. The office staff is great 👍 and go out of their way to assist! Specifically the assist manager Sharlene Wiggs is always easy to communicate with via email or phone and goes above and beyond to make sure her residents are taken care of!!! Thank you for all that you do!

I’m currently living in the Lantower of Brandon. I use to love it. Maintenance and the crew Sharleen, Isabel, Matt and the one we lost Adam always made us feel like family. Lately I don’t know what is going on I’ve put in multiple work orders about the washer machine and sink since May these new maintenance man has no idea of what they are doing. The washer still doesn’t work, the sink isn’t working and the A/C continues to freeze. I have three minor children with chronic asthma and have to wash cloths and dishes. I’m continuing to wash at a laundry mat. I just came in to ask what’s going on the lady Jessica was there helping other guests when she got to me. I briefly explained to her what was going on. And requested for maintenance to come back out with high priority. I just want to be treated fair as well as I treat the staff.

I love this community! The apartment I moved into is exactly what I was look for. I am one that wants to be on the top floor, and they had it. The pool view from my balcony gives me the feel "I am at a resort" every time I walk out. The team there gives you that family vibe and that is what I like. Every time you walk in they always have this joyful look on their face, even the maintenance group. You can tell they love what they do.

Beautiful modern apartments, and wonderful staff. I honestly love how every day I come home they are constantly improving the community by always keeping it nice, clean & updated. I’m going on my third year and I love it here. Sharleen is remarkable. She’s always on top of things and always helpful with upbeat energy. Joshua on the maintenance team is also awesome. Very professional and gets the job done quickly and effectively however I’ve rarely ever had any major maintenance issues. Another plus 😊
