I cant understand how people in certain business never can be reached, they never answer the phone , never return call, answering service also say the mailbox is full , it ridiculous, how do you conduct business this way, its horrible business.

It worst place I never see in Tampa in my whole life we stay there year and when we left Aprtment they reported credit collectors for no reason such stupid Mangment never stay in that rubbish Aprtments in my opinion..

Truest me if u stay there u will be regret! My check out experience too bad they charge me extra and even they report to my credit 😡😡

Management is horrible. I have been living here for just a month and even before I moved I had issues. First Kiki said she was going to call me to let me know if the apartment was ready for me to see before I rented. Then when she never did I called her and she told me that she has given it away. My mother called upset with the situation so she somehow found another apartment but the rent was higher because according to them it had some updates so I took it. When I went to see it there is no updates what so ever. The place stillllll has roaches everywhere, the blinds and windows are broken as well as the sliding door. The shower has mold and rust. I told them through paperwork and still waiting for it to get fixed(all this is right after they said they cleaned the apartment). Not to mention MY MAILBOX has been broken into and all my mail has been taken from it. Every time I go to check my mail it’s whide open and nothing in it. If for this reason I get my bills delayed for not getting the actual bill they will have to be responsible for paying my delayed payments. This is unacceptable!
