1 year update: this place is absolutely horrible. Management does not care about its tenants, prices are increasing by almost 40% which is inconsistent with the market. Speaking of inconsistencies, residents are being charged all sorts of varying rental costs for the same exact properties. Management fails to provide security, there have been multiple shootings in our parking lot, homeless people bathing in the pools, blatant trash left by the very contractors management hires, thrown around as a hazard. (See photos) Almost every building has at least 5 empty units and management is increasing rental prices to justify THEIR financial losses. I advise to steer clear of this neighborhood unless you want to have vagrants build a camp behind your unit, or want to wake up to the sounds of gunshots, ambulances, police, stupid car mufflers, and ridiculously loud music. As far as management, they will be really nice to you until you attempt to exercise your rights as a tenant. The moment you speak to your rights, management immediately vilified your and they stop treating their tenants with respect. I would give this place negative stars but their ONE saving grace, their maintenance crew is not that bad. With the exception of not picking up hazardous materials left around. Or co tractor trash for that matter. If you report your garbage not being picked up, you get threatened with a fine!!!

Got new stove, maintenance man was very nice and helpful. Spoke little English but we understood each other perfectly. Best maintenance man I ever dealt with. Great service!

THERES A SHOOTING EVERY WEEKEND across the street (theres bullet holes in the walls and one balcony door got shattered by a bullet). Got several of my packages and mail stolen, There is a dealer by the mailbox and The "new" renovated apartments have old and beatup cabinets that open crooked and drawers that fall over. You pay a fee for "trash pickup" that is not consistent and you find yourself bringing the trash in for another day. Pay for a pest control that is ineffective (we got roaches in the apartment multipletimes). Can't wait for the lease to be over and get out of this place.

Do not rent here!! It’s worth it to spend the 300+ extra anywhere else. We cannot wait for our lease to end. Moved from NY and while we’re we’re driving down they called us and told us the apartment they had for us wasnt ready, so they wouldn’t have the key ready on the day they were supposed to. Then when we arrive the next day after driving 20 hours to get there, theres roaches in the new renovated apartment they gave us. They move us to yet ANOTHER apartment after we refused to live with roaches. This apartment is fine for about 2 months until we get hit with a sudden gnat infestation in April. 50+ gnats in our 700 sq ft apartment DAILY. Pest control never shows up(and when they do, all they do is spray the sink),garbage is left all around the complex, and management is extremely rude. Front office ladies are very nice and supporting but are clearly very new and inexperienced. Then around May we notice termites showing up in our kitchen. So we now have 2 infestations in less than 4 months of our lease. Now it’s the end of May and we spotted a cockroach. And people will scream fight outside at 12am, 3am.. whenever. People also blast their music late at night so you cant sleep. Our lease doesn’t end until March of 2023. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Only good thing is the friendly maintenance crew, they don’t get paid enough for this.
