Their website should indicate that they are only doing 'appointments only'. Or at least their answering machine should indicate that. Drove up to the leasing office but unable to reach anyone because of 'appointment only' sign. Seems decent, appears to have availability per multiple websites, but no one answers, or calls back, or replies to any electronic messages. Frustrating. Don't bother coming up here. Or even calling really... APPOINTMENT ONLY! Hours: (*Appointment Only*) M-F 8:30-6:00 Sat 10:00-2:00 Sun CLOSED

What is a Maintenance Emergency? Well for an Air Conditioner to catch fire. We were told my a Female Maintenance spouse you will have to wait until tomorrow. Well I'm a concerned neighbor that is on Oxygen. How safe is that. The Firefighters came out and advised to call Maintenance. This is very poor and unacceptable. Then on call Maintenance hung up in our face. Where is our safety?

I've been here for about a week and I like living here so far. Justin was awesome during my move in with assisting me with applying all the way to the day of my move in. When Justin isn't here, the Property Manager Leida is on top of it and I appreciate both of them and all their hard work. Maintenance is also great, had some small issues upon move in and everything was taken care of promptly. Hope to continue to have the same experience for my time here at the Grove Apartments.

We just renewed our lease for the 5th year! That alone should say it ALL! We Love the Grove and the staff! It is a quiet place to live, and a Beautiful place! Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. The staff are Friendly enough that they know you by your first name without looking up your unit, pest control is effective. As an older tenant I enjoy watching the ducks, squirrels and other critters that are around. I also enjoy watching the children run around and playing, it reminds me of my childhood! We have also enjoyed the CLEAN pool to swim in! It is an all-around Great place to live!
