The place in its self is liveable. The pool hasn't been up and running throughout this entire summer so the children couldn't enjoy the pool. Even tho it's not listed as closed down. They are still using it as an amenity to lease the property nor has the gym been available. They have plenty of empty parking space but limited to visitors parking. So my mom's car got towed on her visit. There's like 1000 parking spaces that remain empty and like 30 for visitors. The neighbors will definitely still your packages so it's best to use the hub lockers when using Amazon. The rent is reasonable, the maintenance is great, but the office Staff love to say there's nothing we can do. Not to helpful with situations. Other then that it's manageable. I would recommend meridian-pointe-apartments to someone who is just looking to lease asap.

Meridian Point have change a lot with that being said the customer service have got way better I had a problem one time and one of the employees Mrs.Tracy was very helpful and understanding of my situation also the leasing manger is also as well ( well everyone in the office is great ) also they give back to the community as well that’s a big plus due to things have went up

I have to give only 2 stars. I take a star for the poorest internet and cable service ever. It's ridiculously slow and not to mention the wifi sucks. I've been living here since July and I hate that part. Please upgrade this moonbeam the world runs off internet. I take another star for the poor parking. I feel like each apartment should have one residence parking and 1 visitor for each apartment. That way everyone will be able to still have visitors and it doesn't become stressful. I take another star because the maintenance is very poor. I requested maintenance 3 months and they still have not showed up. I just went and paid someone to fix the problem. If they fix those 3 issues this would be a great location to live honestly. I see people talking about roaches I've nor had that problem. I did have a ant problem but I call my own pest control and have not had any issues since. The pest control guy I see around he never goes inside of people apartment. He be walking around talking to the maintenance men. So hey fix that then yall will get 5 stars all-day long

Pretty on the outside, but....... . unprofessional management, pool is always closed, maintenance is a joke, they got roaches from the future, it's ridiculous! I'm done.... it could be soo/ much better but...you can take the people out the projects but you can't take it the projects out the people, if you like public housing and section 8 lifestyle, this is the place for you!
