Well first of all, the posting online looked beautiful, however after arriving going to the sub division, I was already having reservations. It did not look clean at all. I met with leasing person not to mention names, started the very short walk through. Was taken to the model apartment, which was not very clean and there was an yellow dirty overflow in the bath room sink nasty. Laundry rooms are apparently out side and there was a Hugh over flow of water right in front of the machines, not good. Did not get a tour of the pool areas, dog park etc...... Fitness room is only open during business hours, I was told 24 hours, I was told laundry in the unit not true only 3 bedrooms. This place is differently not my fit. $1,455.00 plus trash $27.00 monthly for 1 bedroom 830 Sq feet, is absolutely ridiculous. $1,450.00 plus trash $27.00 monthly for 1 bedroom 768 Sq feet (5.00) difference. Don't get that. Review not good!!!

Over 6 months I have been dealing with the upstairs neighbors noisy walk. At night early morning all day he walks as if he weighs 600 pounds. Saturdays here is terrible because he always does it. I can not stay in bed a bit letter because of the way he walks its horrible. Back and fourth. If he does not work why does he wake up so early 5 a.m. and just to make noise . In this building also people are loud and the smell of cigarettes inside the bathroom both of them is everyday . I have complained but it continues. I can move tomorrow from here and if the management does not address this situation they will always have complaints. At least they watched the stairs. Maintenance is more needed to clean the buildings hallways and stairs. Not once allways.

My daughter lived there. they have washer and dryer hookups two bwdrooms start at $936 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom. 971Square feet Sq.Ft. $1,085 -to $1,395 2 Bed 1Bath 1,074 square feet $960 -to $1,4452 Beds 2 Baths 1048 Square feet Sq.Ft. $1,084 -to $1,479 2 Bedrooms 2 Baths1248 square feet Sq.Ft. Sometimes they run specials the first 6 months

The water and the electricity is apparent and the price varies x the square feet more or less you get more than $ 1300 approx. It's a good place and this is going to be my second year here
Although thus was was a few years ago these are the steps that I had to take for my Children who were having a reaction to the mold in our walls and carpet, this is what i had to do, and it was on the advice of an attorney i had seen. You have to get a letter from your doctors office stating your condition and the seriousness of your condition. He /she needs to also state in the letter how deternenital the termites are to your health Then you must mail a certified letter to the head office or cooperation of the apartment complex. And also give the leasing office where you are renting from a copy of the letter. They may ask you why you don't move. If the reason is due to finances, then that should also be included in a second letter to both parties. Also a consult with a Family attorney would help..
