Words can not express how much I truly dislike this complex. They’ll raise your rent each year, but force you to suffer with electricity outages nearly twice a week, happening several times throughout the day. They’ll raise rent and restrict your Wi-Fi privileges to a partner named “Moonbeam” where you’re forced to wait over 10 minutes just for a movie to load a few scenes. You’ll be kicked out if you’re caught with anything else better. Treating its tenants like money cows but won’t treat them with anything worth all the money they’re making off of them. I’d rather have my deserved privileges to what I’d like to purchase than a 50% off Pizza Hutt coupon code for a singular day, like it’s an apology for why the tenants AC goes out in the middle of the night for hours.

I would hate for anyone to go through what my children and I are going through at this time. I’ve been here over 7 years and have enjoyed every moment until a year ago when I moved into a 1st floor unit. I want to be clear my situation is isolated but would wish this on no one. Because of my upstairs neighbors I lost my at home job and my children and I now experience severe head aches. Coming home is now like coming home to abusive people hiding behind walls. I feel more bullied by the purposeful extreme sounds and shaking of my walls and ceiling than I did as a high school freshman. This is nowhere near average apartment noise. Seeing my pictures and clocks shift on the walls are an example of the pressure. I try not to have company or guest over to avoid the embarrassment. It truly has become an unbearable situation. Somedays we stay with family or friends just not to come home to the beating and vibrations. Staff can only help so much and security will address it but honestly there is nothing they can do.
