The management here is absolutely amazing. It’s very expensive, but so is everything in this area, so if you need to live in the Channelside are this is the place to be if you can get in. They are accommodating, take the time to know who you are, remember who you are, and actually care about you. After hearing so many horror stories from friends in other apartments, I’m so happy I was able to get into the Fitzgerald. They do everything in their power to make things right whenever they can and are very understanding when issues arise. Also amenities here are A+, pool and grills are nice, all around a beautiful facility.

This area of channel side is more geared towards adults and working professionals. I have not seen kids around this area, and I wouldn't recommend kids playing outside or around the apartment complex since the streets are pretty busy with cars. So I would make sure your kid is staying inside. A short drive away is sparkman's wharf, armature works, and the Julian B lane park, which are all very kid friendly places.
