I drive bus for a local public service, my lunch hour came up and I looked for a place to eat! I found this nice place and ordered my lunch! They have a outstanding menu and very friendly staff! Wonderful food, I totally recommend trying it out.

Came at 7/17 around 1:15pm on my lunch break. Ordered a large Cobb salad and a 8” turkey/ham with bacon. The guy a young white man has piling on the lettuce. Literally mashing it down and adding more. I asked if they can take some of the lettuce out. The man takes the lettuce out and puts in in front of him. I cuts my chicken and sprinkles bacon in. And adds more lettuce. I could already see the ratio of meat to lettuce and with the one measly cup of salad dressing you get I already knew. It wouldn't cover it the full Salad. He got mad. When I repeated if he could remove the lettuce he just added. He thrown my chicken in my bowl and walked off mumbling something. At the point, I asked for my money back I was told they don’t give refunds. I asked for a manager. There is no manager on site. The lady named Christina, told the lady who took my order to add more topping. They gave me extra chicken, 2 cups of ranch but no cheese for my Cobb salad. I get back to work and noticed It. Called in, the guy who walked off mid ordered answered the phone I asked who I was speaking to he laughs and says jacquelyn. I asked for a manager and got Christina again. She called the manager and they offered me a refund in which I am picking up today. I normally frequent the sour dough location on northgate. Much friendlier and better service. My boss eats here EVERYDAY, can’t stop Talking bout the “wonderful” sourdough on Broadway. My experience was anything but wonderful. Not ok!

Pretty decent sandwhich and the bread is obviously very scrumptious. It's nice heated up just that little bit to give the bread its classic stretchy crunch. Definitely add the oil and balsamic especially in the pepper Turkey. No need for mustard here

Love this sandwich shop, there fairly new to Broadway. I love sourdough and the bread tasted so fresh. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was very modernized. They have great AC in there lol so if u need to cool down go there lol. I thought the prices where a bit high. But there quality of the food was excellent so I can see why definitely worth the stop. Definitely recommend coming down there and trying out their sandwiches very good.

Masks gloves no dine in
Not only that the clam chowder was good. But the sandwiches were absolutely disgusting. More like a mayonnaise sandwich with iceberg lettuce.
