I love Firehouse subs. The New York Steamer is the best sub I've ever had. The problem I have is that I usually go to one in Roseville and my sandwich is always perfect but when I'm at home I tend to order from the Natomas location for delivery because I have too many kids and it's hard to get down there. Everytime I order for delivery, there always seems to be an issue. Tonight I ordered my usual sandwich and literally had one slice of each meat on the sandwich. I ate a medium sandwich and it was mostly bread. I'm getting frustrated because this location does the typical thing and sends you garbage because they think you won't say anything because you are not there in person. I spent a ridiculous amount of money and was left hungry. Everybody should get the same quality whether you eat there in person or not.

Good sandwiches and salad however they always forget ingredients on my sub also I ordered a side salad with ranch dressing they gave me no ranch dressing I don’t have dressing in my fridge that’s why I order out who eats a salad without salad dressing this happens 2 thirds of the time very disappointing, this was a DoorDash order.

Great sandwiches but if your in a rush, order ahead or on the app because it takes a long time for them to make your sandwich. Especially if it’s a busy time. I ordered on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 and took about 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and there was only one customer ahead of me.
