We HIGHLY RECOMMEND IQ Luxury Apartments. This is located in a safe area right across the street from USF. So close to Target, Publix, Restaurants, pharmacies, gas stations, so your close to everything! When you enter the building by the office you are greeted to a comfy, bright, beautiful waiting area. Upon arrival the most friendliest staff come to greet you with big smiles on their faces. Amanda, Tony and Laurie were PHENOMENAL! This property is highly secure, well lit, very accessible, resort style feel. There is a 2 story gym, resort style pool, lots of activities. They also have quiet study rooms located as well. Amanda was able to make last minute apartment accommodations, and they were able to move in same day. That was the best part. It was a easy, no worry application process. The property and rooms smell fresh and clean. Halls are pretty quiet too. The apartments themselves are up to date, modern, spacious, clean, fully furnished. You will not be disappointed with these apartments. Experiences are all what you make of it. Anyone can find faults in anything, but this truly is a gem and honest review . -Dayna Joiner

Little different to get a lease with. Once my roommate and I did get a lease, they quickly respond and actively to any work requests and promptly and clearly answer an questions and needs. The same day I visited the office to ask some questions, maintenance quickly came twice to accommodate both of my needs! Laurie Cates was a huge help, she worked with me and answered all of my questions with ease!
