The apartments are old and poorly cared for, my apartment has already had more than four water leaks, I lost bed, carpet and some furniture! They don't solve the problem, they just make repairs that don't work, to change apartments they want to charge another application, even though it's not my problem! There is no organization in the condominium, the pool is open to everyone and there are always a lot of people from outside the condominium, on the weekend not even thinking about taking advantage of the common space of the condominium because there is a lot of party, drunkenness and loud music, and it is also dangerous to happen fights as I've seen happen, it's scary! If you have another option, don't live here!

Please pay attention to the reviews!! I moved here last year and thank god my contract it's over. If you move here be prepared to live with roaches!! I consider my self a very clean person and I like to keep my place clean but even if you are a clean person there are still going to be roaches everywhere. I tried multiple things to get rid of the roaches but nothing seemed to work, the office didn't care at all and never did anything. Unfortunately I had to live there for a year because of the contract but If not I would of left immediately. We found the source where all the roaches were coming from and it was behind the fridge, I called the office and they did nothing and obviously did not want to change the fridge. So every 2 weeks we had to move the fridge and clean it so we could at least try to stop the roaches. It did not work!! This places it's not safe for you and your family roaches are carriers for a lot of bacterias and diseases and they walk everywhere and infect everything.

Such an annoying place to find an apartment.

All I did was show up and the lady in the office didn’t treated us like prospective renters. Didn’t knew when units are available, despite 4 places before coming here can look into the computer and see for themselves if they have a unit or not in the future. I was treated like a pest for no reason. I even waited till she was finished, but instead gave us a brochure and wasn’t worth the time for her to show us the units we were looking for. Avoid this place
