This place has a serious black mold problem along with car break-ins. They have no BBQ grills at the pool and anywhere else. They don't want you to grill in your balcony either. The construction of this place was done poorly where the floor is not even and the reason I can tell is because the tall blinds in the sliding doors drag on one side and are about 2 inches off the floor at the other end.

They tend to fine residents for everything they do not like. But they do not do their part, this trash is sitting next to the dumpster for couple days already and no one seems to care.

It goes based off the unit. They're privately owned so it's whatever the owner/realty company wants to charge plus the HOA fees.
