This place gives you the run around on helping you will your food stamps and if it is the black man very skinny stay away he can help you they have a hot line that can give you if things are not working out and he will say nothing about it unless you ask about it. The phone number can only work to the phone in the corner of those computer and it is stricitally to help people with difficulties getting thought to unemployment. I don't know why people play like they want to help you but they want. I am having a huge problem getting someone to help me with the wioa program application I have went to this work source talk to someone regarding bree lacy and yet have I gotten no one they say there helping people with funding for school but I have been waiting for months to be helped and this same man tell me I need to have a little patients how many more patient do you have to have with 7 months of nothing and lack of commitment and answers. Redicilous

I wanted to give a special thanks to a Mrs. Shine at this office location. Two weeks ago my husband was laid off as part of his companies 'restructuring' plan, needless to say this has been an extremely scary and humbling experience for our family. Mrs Shine has humanized this extremely difficult process of applying for unemployment benefits with her caring nature and encouraging words. I think it's a rarity to find such a wonderful human being in today's world, it's meant the world to us to be treated with such respect and kindness ❤️

I had the wonderful expeirance of working with Dafney! I had several problems getting everything set up correctly with my benefits. She went FAR out of her way to sure everything was taking care of properly for me after I explained my problems! Thanks again Dafney for all your help!

It is now at the end of Sept. 2021 and after months of assistance from the center I must say I wouldn't be anywhere near the level of success without the help from the staff at Careersource NE Florida. Thank you.

Gather paperwork related to your job, bring it here. Lend them your ID, go to a computer, open the icon for unemployment. Fill/Apply. Talk to the lab workers about redoing your resume. Ask about the Workforce Investment Act to get yourself certified.
When you apply, have it sent to your mailbox, get it directly deposited to your credit union or bank account(s), or applied to a paycard.
I would wait about a week or two, then file
CareerSource. Apply. Be prepared for mediation or a mini trial by gathering evidence, notarized statements, and documentation.
CareerSource is a great place to start, or do it on your own device at https://connect.myflorida.com/Claimant/Core/Login.ASPX
