I am not an Apple employee . However I did go to the Apple Store at the Town Center. We were having problems with our iPad. We went to Apple and they were able to restore the iPad. I would call them to get an appointment. You cannot just walk into the store because of the covid-19 pandemic and current spacing.

You can buy, if you know exactly what color/model/size you want and are willing to buy out right. There is no financing currently. They will give you in unlocked device that needs to be taken to your carrier/service provider to activate it.

I was there a few days ago they still went by appointments but I think they will be open for walk in sales for iPhone, but they still have to limit the amount of people inside so just buy it online and have it shipped to you if you don't want to wait hours to get yours.

I would honestly call ahead. I did not go inside but from the outside they had plenty of staff and I didn't see anyone waiting. I saw customers walk in and get helped but they could of had an appointment.

Take it to the Apple store. Make an appointment before going or you may end up waiting over an hour to be served. They wiped our IPad Pro to its original settings & charged us nothing. Process took about 20minutes. Son said go to settings & go to USB options, select file transfer w/charging options rather than charging only option.

I would suggest going to the store and asking for the appointment there. Usually it takes 10 minutes...and when busy it can go to an hour. But its usually fast.

Yes they will check it in thru security and return it to you upon boarding after security check point. If you have a express pass.. That is what they do to me and my wife.

The glass on any apple device can be replaced but you can void your warrenty if they are not apple certified. I have replaced dozens of screens already.

Depends on the severity of the repair. If you need it completely replaced it may be more cost effective to use the insurance through your phone carrier.

It's going to vary on the condition of your phone. You can schedule an appointment or go as a walk in. Last time I took my son's phone as a walk in they had it fixed in less than 2 hours.

Depends on what kind of locked up you mean? If it has to do w/ the passcode and says disabled only solution is to do a factory restore using iTunes on a computer - I know this because I worked for a company that provided Apple support!
