I’ve been calling the past 3 weeks in regards to my application and nobody answers . Is this a scam? Do you take people money and never answer the phone

The front office NEVER answers the phone. I applied a week or 2 ago and every time someone does answer the phone i get the run around about my application . i was supposed to move into the 3 bedroom that was available but by the time someone answered the phone again i was told the 3 bedroom was took even thought someone in front office told me 3 days before it’s available. i’m not sure how anyone could get through the application process if their is no communication. i’m very upset.

The pool is barely in use because it's always something wrong with it. They need to cut down the tree over the pool or some branches. The gym barely have equipment. A few treadmills one cycle machine and a 3way weight but only 1 of the 3 is usable. But corporate worried about a dog being in there who is trained. The office staff is very helpful and do what they can. Maintenance seems to be low staff, I moved in with used carpet and they never cleaned it and the cabinets shelves always fall due to the cheap plastic holders. However it's quite and a nice place to stay but lock your doors cause people will go in your car.
