The apartments are very beautiful and modern and the price is fair considering the market however ever since they were bought out by MAA the maintenance has gone downhill. It’s so obvious that common areas have not been cleaned in weeks. (Gym, pool, bathrooms, business center, hallways of each floor, landscaping is a mess) Very disappointing considering these apartments are brand new. Package room is a complete mess. The system is down very often, packages are not scanned, you basically have to guess if your package arrived or not. I love the staff like Aileen and Wayne, they are always here to help, however very disappointed in management.

Great place to live! Beautiful brand new apartments designed with great detailed and incredible taste. The kitchen is super specious! The neighborhood has amazing amenities, great gym and office space. They have trash services most days a week and pick up your trash directly at your door. Aileen (from the front office) is great and super friendly!

Shortly after moving in, my townhome was infested with ants which could be seen inside light fixtures, my shower, behind my fridge, in my food, and in my dogs food. This was followed by an infestation of roaches which management blamed on my neighbors and "being next to the compactor." Then again followed hoards of ants. Valet trash is never picked up if you live near the compactor, so it is a waste of your $25 per month. After reaching my breaking point being bit multiple times as well as my pet, management's (specifically Eileen's) solution was to purchase Raid. As if that is a suitable long-term solution to the constant pest issue. They NEVER answer the phones. It takes an act of God to receive a response back after being blatantly ignored by the regional Tierra and regional vice president Brooke. I have never been able to feel fully settled in my own home and for the amount of rent we pay each month to live this way, it was all a total waste. I and my family feel consistently feel disrespected anytime we interact with the staff of Cypress Manor and Morgan Group and we look forward to the day we move out.

I love living here. Aileen is the best. However, I just received my lease renewal letter. One bedroom apt went from 1700 to 2210. It went up $510 per month. Per month. 30% increase. This is beyond shocking. Besides all of that (which is everything), the place is nice. The downside is hardwood floors. Unless you're on the third floor, you will be "rolling the dice" with a foot-stomper upstairs, kids or dogs making crazy noise, and if neighbors yell at each other you will hear it through the duct work.
