Started my lease March 2022 and I have nothing but regrets. I should start by saying we have never had a single repair issue resolved during our tenancy, and it is impossible to communicate with management. Work orders are ignored for months or opened then closed immediately within their system. The ceiling leaks during rain, sewage & plumbing leaks from apt above us, bldg in terrible shape & completely unsealed, and the largest variety of bugs I have ever seen indoors. From the constant humidity and lack repairs we now have mold. It's the worst living situation I've ever been in. I have never before witnessed such a lack of leadership or accountability in an apartment staff. My guess is that Dasmen Residential bit off more than they could chew with this property when they went price shopping for apt complexes in Tampa last year, and their goal is to sell Mirela asap while investing as little into the badly needed apt repairs as possible. This property has seen 5 different owners in the last 5 years and it makes perfect sense.

0/5 stars!! I never leave reviews but for this place I had to because I am so disappointed. I feel as though the only way I will get a response is if I leave a review!! I planned on moving here and sent in an application along with the $75 fee and the $200 administration fee. Multiple weeks went by and we didn’t even hear back if we got accepted or denied. We left HUNDREDS of calls, and messages and emails. heard nothing back. It has been over a month and we decided to not even consider living here because of the ZERO communication we received back. In order to get our money back we had to file a dispute with my bank since Mirela was ignoring us. The day after I filed the dispute I finally heard back from Mirela. They told me I’d be getting my $200 back in a check via mail within 2 weeks max. Well it’s been well over 2 weeks it’s actually been 5 or more weeks and I still have not received said check. I continue to try to call and no one in office picks up…that is literally your job. I am waiting on my dispute to be finalized so I can get my money back because apparently Mirela is incapable of doing it themselves and we need to get legal things involved. This place is a scam and will steal your money. I’ve read other reviews of people having the exact same issue as me. I will not stop til I get my $200 back. It’s a joke at this point along with this place. We started this in beginning of June. It is now August and we still haven’t gotten out $ back. Highly unprofessional. Very disappointing

These apartments is not what it is I'm living here right now we have no ac our sink have not been fixed we have mold still we still didn't get our new toilet this been going on for months now and they still haven't fixed it they take two weeks to fix it these apartments it's not a good living if u just need something sure but permanently I wouldn't recommend I've been here for 7 years going on eight we've been through so to many management we can't even use the inside pool............ They don't deserve no stars.......😡🥵🤮🤢🤬

I’m going to be honest. I’ve been here almost a year and I really like my apartment. New management has made some cosmetic changes. They do a lunch for residents once a month. They are putting in new fencing which has already gotten messed up by the teens in the complex behind this one who feel they need a shortcut instead of walking a hundred feet. Here are the problems: Maintenance request are mostly ignored, unless the air conditioning is broken. There is a huge amount of trash right now (see photos). This started on last Friday and instead of addressing it they closed the office early and went home. It’s now Monday and nothing has been done other than moving the garbage around. Here’s what has accumulated as of today and it smells to high heaven.
