Mixed income per Jane Castor. They gave me a tour until I said I’m looking for market rate. Then they stop the tour and said you don’t have a voucher. Told me to call Aug 1 which I did and was told then the whole building 4 was for section 8 and you have to have some type of reservation number because the people have already been picked to live there and that it’s actually starting Aug 22nd. Really!! Does anyone know what’s going in these buildings.

If you have a voucher it's half the price or maybe less. Market rate could go anywhere from $1300-$1440

Yes, bt no more sec8 apt available, call them
referred by Tampa public housing authorities if you are already on the list for public housing or you just pay full rent. Mixed income housing neighborhoods.
