If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful. The management is awful and very unhelpful. They never complete maintenance requests but mark them as completed. It has been a month we moved in, and our completely destroyed couch still has not been replaced. We cannot even sit on the couch because it will ruin our pants. Rented here thinking I was getting a good deal, but in the end you end up paying a bunch of hidden charges and get bad service.

The Province was very disappointing. High expectations zero delivery. During my 2 years their I had a constant battle with the terrible wifi service. As a student secured wifi is one of the most important things that you need to succeed. Sometimes the wifi would be out for consecutive days. If it stormed even a little bit the wifi would go out. I lost count on the amount of the times that I would have the wifi go out in the middle of an exam. The charging system for things like electric was also very fishy. One month I received an overcharge on my electric for $35 dollars when I was only in the apartment for 12 days......... make it make sense to me. One thing positive that I will say is that the living area is relatively big.

Nya White had given me a tour and she was great. Very informative and straight to the point. She was also very friendly and answered my many questions with a smile. Great place to stay ❤️
