Aurora is the perfect luxury apartment building in the downtown/Channelside area. Debbie, Keenan, Gregory and the entire staff are professional, kind and work hard to resolve any issues quickly. Aurora is in the perfect location, tucked between downtown and channelside just a few minutes walk to the water and many restaurants. The pool is one of the nicest I've seen at an apartment building and the clubhouse is beautiful. While arguably slightly less luxurious than Heron or Cora the floorplans at Aurora are bigger and on a value basis we felt that Aurora was the better choice. Aurora is also newer than a lot of the other buildings in the Channelside area (pierhouse, bell, slade, etc). Highly recommend.

DEBBIE is the most amazing person in the entire world. Couldn’t be happier with the leasing team here and everything they have helped me with while moving in. From orchestrating my move, printing things for me, being available for furniture deliveries when I’m unavailable, maintenance requests, etc. I have been here for one month and couldn’t be happier with my decision to move into Aurora. Great location, amenities, clean appliances, etc. If you’re scheduling a tour, ask for Debbie! 😊😊😊
