Poor management, favoritism for Hispanic residents, and predatory eviction practices (personally by Armando). Pool always has duck feces in it, the gate is always broken so cars get broken into, the office staff keep charging late fees for their errors.

Worst apartments ever , district manager is armando he is a scammm!!! Office staff wont work . They are literally disrespectful. They don’t communicate they also changed my rent 3 times less then a year . Run away from these apartments
