Very close to campus and has many good stores nearby for some shopping. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They always helped me feel at home. It’s not perfect but they work hard to help people feel welcome. Would recommend living here if you need to be close to campus and want to make nice friends. Overall, I liked living here!

I think there is a lot to improve about this place. For one the constant roaches are a big pain in the neck. Secondly the security guards are probably by far the worst thing here. I lived here for about 2 years and I had a very serious altercation with one security guard. (He is now fired thankfully). The security guard mentioned had a disagreement with me and my friends AND BECAUSE WE LAUGHED AT THE DUDE he later found our apartment at 3 am and had a shouting match with me at my door. He kept enticing me to “hit him” and swearing. I had to shut the door because he would not stop. I was not the only student who had a problem with this man. I spoke to other guards as well and they mentioned they had problems with him too.If these are the “security guards” they’re hiring I would feel it safer without them. We students are adults and do not need these clowns telling us who we can bring in, when pool closes, WHEN TO GET OUR PACKAGES, and patrolling the building like they would actually do something in case of a threat.

i didn’t believe the reviews that i’ve seen about roaches and thought people were over exaggerating but oh my god it is even worst than everyone says. roaches every single where. every corner. it does not matter how much you spray or clean roaches will still be there no matter what. i got fooled by the walking distance to the college but it is not worth it. i repeat it is not worth it unless you don’t have a car but other than that don’t move in. i just don’t understand how this issue has been addressed for years and still not resolved?

Hawks landing is great students apartments. What I liked about hawks landing that each apartment has four bedrooms with private bath and it’s clean. Also, there are security guards 24/7 which is very safe place. Super close to HCC Dale Mabry campus 2 min walking. Also, the staff and manager are very nice especially Ashley.
