Well you are in luck because 17 years is the mininum age requirement in order to live here. I know of other out-of-staters living here and they find the complex satisfying so it should no doubt meet your expectations. Also, I must emphasize the fact that Hawks Landing is literally right across the street from HCC, so easy commute!
