I am moving to Tampa from Pennsylvania for school. Victoria has handled my move in for next week and has been AMAZING. I had a move in date for the end of the month but start school soon. She went ahead and moved up my move in date to make it just in time for school. She was so welcoming when we flew in to see the rental property and has consistently communicated since then. She has made my girlfriend and I feel at home already and I am so glad we will have her support through our stay! Thank you Victoria!!

I'm extremely grateful for Victoria and Melissa, for everything they've done for me during my move-in process. They were so completely patient, honest and helpful and that has been extremely hard to come by in my previous housing experiences. Truth be told, I moved here because of their care and work ethic that my previous complex did NOT have. I definitely didn't mind paying more to have a leasing office with representatives that actually care about their tenants. Any questions I had were quickly and honestly answered. The apartments are nice, spacious and located in the center of everything. I definitely recommend checking it out here if you're looking to move.

Omg where should I start . I absolutley love Victoria and Melissa . Victoria is my leasing agent and she litterally worked with me through everything . She is sweet ,funny , and so understanding . I was looking for affordable places to live and they were one of the many complexes that actually had availabilities and that evrn answered the phones. The aprtments are clean and the neiborhood seems quite . I am very grateful for the leasimg ladies . You all changeged my life for the better. ❤ Yall are thr best .
