I moved into Waterside at Carrollwood when I first moved into the Tampa Bay area...it was such a great experience I stayed for 6 years! The staff is wonderful from the management office to maintenance. Any problems that required maintenance were taken care of within a day...usually the same day. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality place to live.

After having some issues getting approved with a member of the front office I received a call from the property manager who was kind and instead of saying she couldn't help me she gave me a list of options to try before completely denying my application. I appreciate her effort and hope I end up getting approved to live in these beautiful apartments.

I am new at the complex but I am giving it 5-stars off the strength of the front office and their level of professionalism and communication!! April was the manager that we contacted and let me tell you! somebody needs to give that woman a raise!! She is knowledgeable, both about the complex but also the neighborhood and Tampa in general! She handles her business!! From initial contact to signing the lease, she was attentive, AMAZING at communication (I could text her at 8pm...and would hear from her by 9:01 am!) and she was so flexible!! I am a new mom so connecting to see the place, sign documents, providing documents, and she was more than willing to rearrange her personal schedule to be able to work with me! We moved in about a week ago and so far, so good! Loving the community and the neighborhood!
