Two stars because my prior experiences were great service. However today Sep 10th I had called about a dog of mine who had gotten a deep cut on her flank and needed to be seen. 1pm I call and spoke to a lady who was inexcusably rude. She wanted to know who i was, where I was from, and had I been there before. As if any of that matters? She told me she couldn't find me in the system and that I should find a different Vet. I had literally visited there no more than a year prior and paid for a 1k dollar emergency surgery for one of my dogs, including prior visits that I always paid day of, in full. Completely disappointed and disheartened by the service. I will never return based off of this experience.

Dr. St. Ledger is such an amazing veterinarian. He is very thorough when checking out any animal. He never rushes you out either. He answers every question and concern. His staff is friendly too!
