First off, Julia (leasing consultant) is super welcoming. Whether your first interaction with her is on the phone or in person, she goes the extra mile to answer all questions you may have when looking for an apartment or after you have moved in. Also, Hope (Assistant Property Manager) is so sweet and always willing to sit down and talk about any questions you may have pertaining to your lease or extending your lease! It is so nice to live in a place where they are so welcoming and able to assist you with anything you may need.

Julia and the team at Seazen have been more than helpful during the touring and application process. Julia was professional, informative and the process to apply was streamlined and efficient. The location and amenities offered are unbeatable. We look forward to calling Seazen home!

I wish this were not such a complete disaster to review, but the overwhelming embarrassment that I feel warrants every possible ounce of effort to inform the general public of the poor judgement this facility directed to our party and a future resident. I hadn’t moved in, but was paid in full waiting for keys. We are filming a documentary and requested space off the lobby of Seazens. During my tour before choosing this complex, we were shown the available public event spaces. Although the front room could not be rented, we were more than welcome to use a room just on the other side of the larger one. It was stated that they couldn’t reserve the spot nor guarantee it would be empty because anyone was welcome to use the space. Eric the leasing agent I had personally worked with was told very clearly what the need was and what was accompanying my party. 2 full camera crews along with 8 employees and friends totaling 14 would be attending. We were catering the event to be delivered that evening and a 2 hour occupancy was all we needed. There was no ambiguity in fact he even needed to contact “corporate” and called me back to inform their response. Completely aware even snapping photos of the space to forward to film coordinator we agreed on the space. Saying yes in this instance was the same as if we had been invited to come. On arrival Eric met me in the lobby with a simple demand from “corporate” that the facility name was to be omitted from all production which was perfectly acceptable . We never gave reason to think the statement was offensive, the entire party remained courteous as if it were my actual home. Then he provided a little aside that he had told them we were creating a podcast and then walked away. We entered the room and unloaded equipment. Food delivery set up and we were ready to start. I left to move my vehicle and was gone just minutes. When I returned the party had been advised that “corporate” notified the staff that they had reconsidered their approval and recanted the permission to film completely. This could’ve been the end of the fractured situation but wait it gets so much worse. Frantically searching for alternatives similar to Seazens with waterfront and sunset our goal all along. Moments later security entered the room stating we were to vacate the premises and he would stand there until we complied. This was a room open to the public yet our harmless presence was so offensive that security was called to remove our party. Residents capturing cell phone footage were not harmed. There was never one word of protest, anger, or argument. Not one reason to warrant such an aggressive assault. We packed our belongings and left the facility even following us to our vehicles to ensure we left without causing complications. I have never in my life been so entirely embarrassed. We are not known for actions to warrant a speeding ticket much less being forcefully ousted from a luxury apartment lobby after being invited. This misguided group of unprofessional leasing agents and “corporate” entities are out of touch with humanity. Imagine what will actually occur if something terrible happens like a rowdy group of nuns hosting a Taco Tuesday mixer. Refund every cent I’ve spent including the rent immediately to avoid additional negativity you deserve. Dakota Holt Unit 451 Never Gonna Occupy Photos were taken by Eric and sent to me for assistance in the planning stage

Seazen is absolutely STUNNING!!! We did our walkthrough with Eric Anderson and he was so helpful with the tour and the paperwork. Hands down the best customer service we have ever experienced when leasing a luxury apartment. I would recommend Seazen to anyone wanting to have luxury amenities and be treated with kindness and respect. There's no other place I would rather live in Tampa. Plus, it's only 5 minutes from the airport AND they have 2 pools! Thank you Eric for being so amazing!
