Don’t move here, it’s only gotten worse in the 3 years I’ve lived here. There are literally hobos & crack heads living in the stairwells. It’s a trashy community, lots of domestic disturbances, no type of security. The office and it’s management is useless, pool is tiny. DO NOT MOVE HERE, pay the extra couple hundred and pick somewhere better to live.

Do not move here. There are better apartments. I’ve lived here for 4 years and management has changed 4-5 times. The first year I lived here was great! But now it’s terrible. Constant problems with leaks, AC, water. The neighborhood is getting more and more ghetto. The don’t take care of the outside at all. The pond barely even has water in it. The pool regurgitates throw up. Building halls are not cleaned. Pest control (which is included in rent) does not come. And I know Bc I work from home and haven’t seen them in MONTHS. Valet trash is terrible. I had to call and asked them to clean the gym. These apartments are over priced and not worth it at all. Can’t wait until my lease is up.

Have had a leak in my ceiling for over a week now that has consistent water and ceiling debris coming from my ceiling. I have sent emails, called the office numerous times, and even reached out to the EMERGENCY maintenance and have gotten them to answer once and they said they'll get around to it as if this isn't an emergency maintenance request. This was over a week ago, pathetic.

If I could give this place  a 0 I would. This place is by far the worst place, I mean the worst place to live in Tampa. My boyfriend lived at Allister for one year, which I've noticed they changed the name. The pool itself was close all year long, they did open it for winter for only couple days. He ended up leaving this complex.  Maintenance went inside his apartment without his knowledge a plethora of times. they would cut the water for days without giving the residents early notice. When it was time to move out they charged his account twice the rent, they said this happened to 19 other people that lived there. My boyfriend had never made a late payment, he was also on automatic payment. He never got his money back, the leasing office started ignoring him and started saying they did not know how this happened. The bank had to  get involved and figure out what happened. when we went to the office the 3rd time, because they blocked our numbers BETSY the front desk secretary was extremely rude, she told my boyfriend if you do not want to live here you don't have to. They finally admit they took the money twice after we threatened to sue. We also asked to speak with the general manager, Betsy said she didn't have her number which was a LIE. she ended up giving us the email to the "general manager" comes to find out it was a fake email. We finally reached out to the (Better business bureau) they started investigating as well. So many lies from this office, I don't consider anyone living here. I promise you, it is the worst.
