I moved to Pinetree in Aug.2021 from NC with my male partner who was already living here for a year in a 1 bedroom. He loved it here so we decided to stay and moved into a 2 bedroom. We both love it here! Juan and Cynthia has been great and accommodating .The grounds are well maintained.I love having a pool and gym onsite. I would love to see "get to meet your neighbors" activities. My neighbors has been friendly and considerate. We are both retired and pray that rent will be affordable upon lease renewal.

I’ve been living in these apartments for the las 3 years and I’m really confortable with the new administration. Maintenance services are excellent an periodically performed. Disruption reports are atended quickly. Administration is very kind and warm and always willing to help to make me feel comfortable. The new maintenance guy is always on time and super nice and did an excellent job! They did an amazing egg hunt for the kids and they were so happy, I love the way the new administration is working! I’m really happy and pleased living here. Thank you!

I am a current resident of Pine Tree Apartments and have been for the last five years. I was just reading some of the reviews and thought I should give you my perspective. Most of the reviews were negative and in relation to the property management. I moved here in April 2012. It was my understanding that at that time the property was owned by the star baseball player A-Rod. About two years ago the property was sold to an investment group. The new owners are in the process of much needed major renovations. They have finished the exterior painting and are now in the process of the interior renovations. Everyone who has lived here for years has gotten an eviction notice or will get one when your lease expires. You will have to move to a different apartment or move somewhere else. They are not giving anyone an incentive to stay. Higher rent, new security deposit, pet fees, and if you choose to stay at Pine Tree you may have put up with the construction noise for a couple of months. Anyone who moves here from now on out will be getting essentially a new apartment. They replaced all the kitchen appliances, cabinets, flooring and in the bathroom, new toilet, vanity, mirrors, and refinished the bathtub. They have also added a washer and dryer. Before we had to go to the laundry room. (Bummer) I think that they may make the current laundry room into a fitness center. The only thing that has gotten worse since the new owners is the landscaping, but I saw the owners representative walking around with the landscaping owner with blueprints and discussing what is going where so, I think that is about to improve as well. When I moved in the property manager was Cheryl and we had a great maintenance guy named Tony. Then, when we changed owners, came Charnene. I never had problems with her but I am probably the only resident here that didn't. The lady had no PR skills what so ever. I saw her being very rude to other people many times. We now have two very nice ladies running the place. We also have two new maintenance guys, jury is still out on these guys. In my opinion they should not have let Tony go. Tony had the skills and knowledge of the history of the place so if you had a problem he had seen it before and always took care of it promptly. The property is centered in Tampa near the intersection of Hillsboro and Dale Mabry Highway. This makes it convenient to just about everything you need. So this is just my opinion of the place. The place is kinda nice with the renovations, if your looking for an apartment check them out for yourself.
