It does smell awful
It hasn't worked in over a week, all this new landscaping is going to die soon if they don't turn it back on or fix it. They let caterpillars eat every single leaf off of the only nice plants they put in. Now they are all dead already. Terrible waste of money. All they needed to do was spray them. I don't know what's going to happen next around this joint.
It is reclaimed water so it doesn't waste drinking water.
