He'll have to be school aged. The cost is $15 for the school year. If his school doesn't provide transportation to the Club, then transportation cost is $50 for the school year. For the summer, the cost is $125 per child.

You have to be 18 years or older to work at the Clubs.
Yes they only have transportation to certain locations and transportation is usually from one facility to another not from home to the facility. For example from daycare to Boys & Girls Club or from school to Boys & Girls Club.
